Make your own fresh tomato sauce
The secret weapon is a cheese grater. There’s no peeling, slicing or dicing. Just place the grater in a large bowl, cut your ripe tomato in half and grate it along the cut-side. The grater will naturally peel the tomatoes. Now add some olive oil, salt, and pepper for the basic sauce. You can then add your favourite ingredients – roasted garlic, tabasco sauce, parsley, basil or oregano work well.
